The Timisoara Court of Appeal admitted our appeal in an employment dispute and ordered the employer to pay compensation following unlawful termination of employment.
The employer had invoked an alleged probation period, but we proved that the employee was not in probation and that legal termination conditions were not met.
On appeal, we overturned the lower court's incorrect interpretation regarding compensation and obtained payment of indexed, increased and updated salary rights for the relevant period. The judgment is final.
