Dan-Adrian Cărămidariu is a partner at Cărămidariu Druță Bunu SCA and a member of the Timiș Bar since 2013. His practice combines legal analysis with an interdisciplinary perspective shaped by advanced academic training in both law and economics.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timișoara (Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), 2013), following earlier studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the same university (2006). He later completed a Master's degree in Business Law (2014) and pursued extensive doctoral research in the fields of economics and law.

Dr. Cărămidariu holds two doctoral degrees awarded by the West University of Timișoara: a PhD in Economics (2012, magna cum laude) and a PhD in Law (2020, summa cum laude). His academic work reflects a sustained interest in the intersection between legal doctrine and economic analysis.

Alongside his legal practice, he serves as a university lecturer within the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, West University of Timișoara, where he teaches courses including Commercial Law, Economics, Taxation, Consumer Law and International Trade Law.

His research has been recognized with the "Henri Capitant" Award, granted by the Romanian Private Law Review, the National Union of Notaries Public of Romania and the Henri Capitant Association Romania for the best legal thesis/monograph in private law (2021). The distinction was awarded for the volume Standard Contracting in Business. A Law and Economics Perspective (Universul Juridic, Bucharest, 2021).

Dr. Cărămidariu is highly proficient in German and English.
