The Timisoara Court of Appeal delivered a final judgment allowing the appeal filed against the N.C.C.P., recognising the claimants' right to fair compensation for a property unlawfully taken, and ordering the authority to issue a new compensation decision.

The court annulled a lifetime maintenance contract concluded with an elderly person in a vulnerable situation, holding that the agreement had a speculative nature.
