Tax-law Victory at the Timișoara Court of Appeal

We obtained a major victory before the Administrative and Tax Litigation Division of the Timisoara Court of Appeal in a difficult case concerning joint tax liability of a natural person for a company in insolvency.

The appellate court admitted our client's appeal, quashed the first-instance ruling and annulled unlawful fiscal administrative acts, fully releasing our client from improperly established liabilities.

The ruling confirms that legal grounds for joint liability cannot be arbitrarily extended and underscores the importance of rigorous legal analysis in complex tax disputes.
