Attorney-at-law, PhD Alexandra Bob delivered a presentation at an international webinar organized by the University of Aberdeen.

Her intervention, titled Cross-border Protection of Children under the 1996 Convention in Romania, examined how Romanian courts apply the Hague Convention in matters of parental responsibility and child-protection measures.

The presentation emphasized both progress and practical challenges in cross-border child-protection cases and highlighted the role of the best interests of the child in judicial reasoning.
