Participation in the TIMTED 2025 International Conference

Attorney-at-law, PhD Dan-Adrian Cărămidariu took part in TIMTED 2025 - Current Economic Trends in Emerging and Developing Countries, organized in Timisoara.

He presented the paper Reinventing the Transparency Paradigm: Consumer Protection in the Age of Digital Platforms and Behavioral Economics, focusing on how digital architecture and behavioral patterns reshape consumer decision-making.

The intervention proposed an interdisciplinary perspective at the intersection of consumer law, digital platforms and behavioral economics.
