Participation in the International Biennial Conference - UVT Faculty of Law

On 8 November 2024, attorney-at-law, PhD Maximilian-Andrei Druță participated in the 15th International Biennial Conference organized by the Faculty of Law in Timisoara, presenting on convergences and divergences in exercising the right to adapt a voidable contract.

The topic is highly relevant for preserving contracts affected by relative nullity (such as error or lesion) through judicial adaptation, where legally possible.
