A Remarkable Editorial Publication

We are proud to announce the publication, by Universul Juridic Publishing House, in the prestigious Private Law Library collection, of the volume "Unilateral Termination of Contracts in Insolvency Proceedings", authored by attorney-at-law, PhD Alexandra Bob, a member of our team.

The book builds on Alexandra's doctoral thesis defended in 2024 at the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timisoara, awarded the distinction summa cum laude. In this volume, the author examines unilateral termination as a legal institution and analyzes its specific features in insolvency proceedings.
